Freight is on them up to the Cuenca warehouse, capped at USD 180 per shipment. Above that cap Vera invoices it and it comes off the quarterly credit note. It is in and it was agreed in Minutes/2026-03-14 Purchasing.md.

The department agent searches the company notes by meaning and by exact term, fuses both rankings and answers by citing the file the fact came from. The eye in the header opens its card: who it is, which routines it runs and which child agents it hands work to.
The answer came from here. It is your company’s own file, kept in your own folder, and you can take it with you whenever you like. The underlined part opens the document where it was agreed.
Every department opens with its own agent and its own folder. Roles are inherited per department, and the agent’s boundary is the folder it has mounted. The eye is missing here because somebody else manages this department.
